My main responsibility is to elevate the clinic's presence and engagement on Instagram, which includes providing creative support, creating content, and fostering connections with referring dental offices.
My Contributions
At River Street Endodontics, I implement various strategies to enhance their social media presence. One key aspect involves rebranding their Instagram page and creating approachable, informative content related to dentistry and root canal, such as Endodontics Education Series, Monthly Blog Post and Doctor Interview Series. This strategic approach has proven effective in increasing their online visibility and fostering stronger relationships with their existing followers.

Educational Instagram Campaign

I created a series of endodontic educational videos featuring the doctor's expertise in root canal procedures. By sharing valuable content, these videos significantly increased our organic reach and engagement metrics, including more saves.
Post Optimized for Reach

By tapping into the current Instagram trend and using popular audio, I crafted a reel featuring both the doctor and the dental assistant to celebrate International Women's Day.
Instagram Collaboration Post

Partnering with the AAE (American Association of Endodontists) to jointly promote the event, this strategic partnership not only expanded our reach but also fostered a mutually beneficial relationship with the organization, resulting in a win-win outcome for both parties.

The Langham Hong Kong

Marketing Strategy Social Media Content Creation
Project Overview
This social media plan was to enhance the hotel's brand awareness, foster audience engagement, and drive revenue growth.
My Contributions
At The Langham Hong Kong, I developed and executed a social media strategy, which involved crafting engaging and visually appealing social media posts, including graphics, captions, stories, and reels. I also ran effective promotional campaigns with different social media influencers, regularly analyzed social media metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

The poke bowl became our flagship F&B promotion at one of our restaurants, TFG, during the summer. To maximize its reach, we developed a marketing strategy that leveraged influencer collaborations on social media. We contacted a diverse range of influencers, including fitness and food enthusiasts, as well as various fitness centers, to initiate social media campaigns, giveaways, and fitness classes.

Through strategic partnerships with them, our goal was to promote our poke bowls in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle. This online presence significantly increased The Langham Hong Kong's brand visibility and boosted revenue to our F&B department.
